Bond Lettings & Management is a boutique property lettings and management company based in London, Surrey and Canterbury.
We work alongside landlords to secure the most compatible tenants and manage each property with our hands-on attitude, supported by our in-house maintenance team. We take care of the full process from advertising, viewings and referencing to rent collection and everything in between. As a boutique company, we strive to provide a personable approach. We supply thorough communications to tenants to ensure all queries are handled in a timely manner by our team, leaving landlords stress-free and tenants content in their homes.

within our management fees, including services such as
inventories, logging deposits and contracts.*
Additionally, we advise, plan and project manage property developments for prospective landlords. Specialising in HMOs, we have transformed many properties into successful businesses.
