Bond Lettings & Management manages a number of different properties in and across London, Surrey and Canterbury. We take on properties that we feel are the right fit for us from studio apartments, family homes to large HMO’s.

We pride ourselves on having a hands-on management style. We are contactable by email, WhatsApp and phone. Our team are available to contact 24 hours a day in an emergency and aim to have a query resolution within 48 hours.

*SPECIAL FEATURE*: In-House Maintenance - Having an in-house maintenance team allows us to take quick action with any issues, queries, or regular property maintenance. We have a team of qualified property professionals on hand at any time including, plumbers, electricians, and handymen. This leads to short wait-times and low costs as well as happy tenants which is always a good thing.
Marketing
Each area is professionally cleaned and staged, then photos and videos are taken. These photos alongside a comprehensive write-up are advertised on all major property advertising platforms as well as our social media.
Viewings
Once approached by potential tenants, viewings are booked in at the earliest convenience. All of our team members are briefed on the property and local area and will keep clear communication with the landlords regarding possible tenants.
Reference Checks
Once a tenant is interested in a room/property a holding deposit is taken to secure this property. Following this, referencing documents are requested and processed to determine their tenancy status.
ADMIN
Contracts are drawn up, inventories created, deposits logged, and relevant legal documents and
information sent
out to tenants. All of these documents are secured and filed on our system.
CHECK IN/OUT
We organise all check-ins and check-outs of the properties and a check-out report is completed at the end of each tenancy.
